Small Business Administration (SBA), Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) and American Express OPEN Present ChallengeHER-DOE
ChallengeHER is a joint initiative to promote the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Federal Contract Program, to bring more women-owned firms into the federal government’s supply chain and to provide an avenue for government agencies to meet qualified women-owned contractors.
ChallengeHER is hosting its second event in partnership with the Department of Energy (DOE) to provide women business owners with first-hand advice from key agency procurement officials. Attendees will learn tips and best practices during panel discussions.
A few special notes on our program:
• A photo I.D. will be required for registration and security.
• We are pleased to be hosted in the Department of Energy for this event. Event registration will open at 7:30am and the program will begin at 9:00am. Please allow one hour to clear building security for the event.
• To speed the entrance and exit security process, do not bring laptops to the event.
• Please plan to take public transit to the event, parking near the Department of Energy is extremely limited.
