Robert Black serves as a Senior Subject Matter Expert and Instructor for Financial Management at Management Concepts. In this role, he has worked developing and delivering training to Federal employees in the areas of auditing, internal control, and appropriations law.
Prior to joining Management Concepts, Robert spent more than 21 years as a Federal government auditor, including positions at GAO and the NASA Office of the Inspector General
In his free time, Robert enjoys traveling abroad and driving his ’79 Fiat Spider.
