7th Military Antennas Summit

Tactical and Practical with RF Communications

From the latest air, land, sea and space-based radars, to next generation communication and SIGINT/ELINT/COMINT systems, antennas are the cornerstone of modern military RF systems. It is, therefore, no exaggeration to say that the future of the military is inextricably linked to continued advances in antenna technologies.

As the DoD also aims for interoperability, a key challenge to be addressed is the integration of antenna components for full optimization of RF systems.

With the growing emphasis on joint operations and interoperability, the Department of Defense is continually exploring ways to foster interdisciplinary communications and integration. This year, IDGA brings the Military Antennas summit to San Diego, CA in order to foster the development of military RF systems according to the specific needs of military installations in the West Coast. IDGA’s 7th Military Antennas is a unique forum for dialogue and cross-fertilization of ideas between individuals in the military communications and antennas communities.
