Charles Anderson, CPA, Partner--has been working with government contractors for the last several years. Mr. Anderson has a sound understanding of DCAA accounting requirements, cost structures and supporting our clients in financial audits. He has extensive experience using Unanet, Deltek GCS Premier, and QuickBooks set up to meet DCAA requirements. He earned a Bachelor’s degree, with honors, from UCCS, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Finance. He came to us from Stockman, Kast, Ryan and Company, LLC, a certified public accounting firm, where his focus was auditing and preparing financial statements for private companies including government contractors.

Michelle Martinez, Partner--joined govIRG in 2021 and comes with an extensive background in Finance and Accounting with both small and large Government Contractors including L-3 Communications, CACI and L3Harris. With almost thirty years of government contracting experience, her areas of expertise include cost management, budgeting and financial forecasting, financial analysis, estimating and pricing, management reporting, contract management, cost planning and Earned Value (EV) management.
